Rental Agreement By renting equipment from Go Fog Yourself, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Rentals are subject to machine availability and must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
Equipment Use & Safety
Machines must be operated according to the instructions provided.
Equipment is designed for safe, non-toxic fog effects using regular ice cubes.
The renter is responsible for ensuring proper ventilation and safe use during events.
Equipment must not be modified, opened, or tampered with.
Rental Periods & Returns
Standard rental periods are daily or weekly, as agreed at booking.
Late returns will incur additional charges.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Cleaning fees may apply if machines are returned dirty or damaged.
Payment & Deposits
Full payment is required prior to or at the time of rental.
A refundable security deposit may be required.
Deposits are returned once equipment is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
Liability & Responsibility
Go Fog Yourself is not liable for injuries, damages, or disruptions caused by misuse of equipment.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period, including loss, theft, or damage.
Replacement costs for lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the renter.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date may incur a fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.
